Also ich denke, dass der eine Dämpfer oder die Steckverbindung und im schlechtesten Fall das Steuergerät
das Problem ist.

Wenn bei 3 Aggregaten 0,15 A ankommen und bei 1 Aggregat 0,01 deutet dies unweigerlich auf einen
sehr hohen Widerstand hin
Ohmsches Gesetz U = R x I --> U / I =R

Beispiel:
Wenn wegen PWM Modulation durchschnittlich 5 Volt anliegen und du das durch den Strom teilst d.h. 0,01A bzw 0,15 A bekommst du als Ergebniss 33,33 gegen über 500 Ohm. Also einen vergleichsweise sehr hohen Widerstand.

Zu rechnen gibts da nix. Stecker abziehen und den Widerstand der Spule im Dämpfer messen.


Kann der Widerstand auch mit dem Examiner ausgelesen werden?
Keine Ahnung, arbeite nicht bei Lancia.

Was würde ein Steuergerät, bzw. ein neuer Dämpfer bei Lancia kosten?
Einfach bei Lancia ( Fiat ) nachfragen

kann das Steuergerät auch repariert werden.
Soweit ich hier mitbekommen habe wurden auch schon welche repariert.

Change the low-ESR capacitor inside skyhook ECU !!!

It's the middle of the hot damper driver H-bridge, and going to dry...
I done already in my car, and works fine!

The big one electrolytic capacitor!
(As I remember 1000uF...)

It's important to be low-ESR and 105C!

Hi all, it's amazing, it's really amazing!
Thats the first time I drive with skyhook effekt!

Here are the steps I've done:
disconnect right/back shock absorber cable.

Then one testdrive. I of course immediately noticed that everything works.
Then I connected the cable again, and it even works.
But it seems that the right back is even not so soft like the other!
So I think I have to make a recheck of the shock absorbers, but now at the moment, the other 3 seems to work again! Thats great!

Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich mit Skyhook-Effekt fahre!

Hier sind die Schritte die ich gemacht habe:
Trennen rechts / hinten Stoßdämpfer-Kabel.

Dann Testfahrt. Mir ist natürlich sofort aufgefallen, dass alles funktioniert.
Dann Ich habe das Kabel wieder angeschlossen, und es funktionierte immer noch.
Aber es scheint, dass recht hinten immer noch nicht so weich ist wie die anderen!
Also ich glaube, dass ich die Stoßdämpfer nochmals überprüfen lassen werden, aber jetzt im Moment scheinen die anderen 3 wieder zu funktionieren! Das ist großartig!

That amazing, Im glad it works, thats what I was talking about, connectors hh. The system works by measuring impedance and the the connectors after a long time get dirty and change the impedance. If I can please you to document how you repaired that and share it with me, so I can put it on the website, if you dont mind of course and if you made something different like I told you.

First I haven't found the connector, but then I have found in e-Learn a description and so I found it, tomorrow I'll make a foto.
Then I used some contact spray, and the Skyhook still worked!
So but i have the feeling it's just not completely ok, I think I'll go to the garage again, and let test with the examiner! They should say if something has to be changed or not, but now i have a better understanding if skyhook is working or not! Cause if you have no reference it's hard to say, if it's too hard or not. Now I know, it was toooo hard!

Perhaps I try again to check the resistance, I have not brought it up immediately.

no it was not, don't know which connector it shows, perhaps it is back sensor connector.
shock absorber connector is much more smaller (tiny) I'll upload it tomorrow!

Ich konnte jetzt doch noch die Ohmmessung durchführen, auf beiden Spuhlen exakt 2,4 Ohm
Soll ich nun nochmalig mit dem Examiner die Ampermessung durchführen lassen, ob rechts hinten immer noch 0,01A anliegen? Wie gesagt skyhook scheint wieder relativ aktiv zu sein
