77 scorpion ignition and lights

Unread post by Glenn »

I have two problems. First there is no electricity going to the coil. I can run a wire from the battery to the coil and the car will start. The second problem is when I unbolted the fuse box to take a look at the wires a connector came lose. The connector has two wires going in, one is blue with black stripes the other is solid blue. This plug is hot with 12volts. My headlights, turn signals, and dash warning lights now do not work and they did before I moved the fuse box. I tried connectiong it to every terminal opening and cannot find the correct one, I can get some but not all of the lights working at one time depending on where I plug the terminal in. Does anyone have an idea where this connector plugs in ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Glenn

I don't have the wiring diagram with me but have a look at the Scorpian/Montecarlo group on Yahoo.

LanciaScorpion@yahoogroups.com

There is a wiring diagram in the files section. This is also a good forum for lots of info and help on Scorpions and Montecarlos.
