I have diagrams for 81 "Zagato" (what we call Beta Spyder here) carburettor models but no fuel injection was fitted to these models by the factory as far as I know. I would imagine the system was transplanted from a donor car like a Coupe' or HPE. Is your car LHD? What fuel injection system is it?

The American market Beta (including the Zagato) used fuel injection for the 1981 and 1982 model years. There is a special supplement published by the factory that includes the relevant schematics. It is not a large volume. I recommend keeping an eye out for one on eBay. I saw one posted on there a few weeks ago.
