Problem whit tailgate

Hallo!
I cant open tailgate whit remote control and button it inside car! Please help me!

You can find a keyhole over the numberplate frame!

If you want to open by key or the inside button, you must keep it pressed longer. If you do so, does it open via tailgate button above the plate?
