Hi everyone,
Will a set of the above wheels (5.5 x 14 fit a Series 1 Fulvia or can they be modified to fit ? I a concerned that they may not clear the calipers, brake pipes or steering ?
Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve,
You will have to machine the hub from 75 to 84 mm. It is no big deal. I have them under my 1968 coupe series 1 with michelin 175/70 14 tyres. Works perfect. The tolerance to the brake pipes is not much and with 1 wheel I had to mount the pipe as close to the calipers as I could. It was not necessary to modify the pipe. Just loosen the nipple, push the pipe and fasten the nipple again.
It looks great, but that is my opinion, and allows you to choose any brand of tyres.

I had them on my S1 zagato a few years ago and it worked fine - I' m not sure they were machined on the hub side; though pretty sure they do not pose problem on the inner rim side (no conflict with brake lines).
