Campagnolo / correct wheelnuts / torque

Unread post by Max »

Hi there,

I've recently bought a set of Campagnolo Ragno rims 6x14 for my Fulvia.
Now I'd like to mount them tomorrow.
They require those 60° angled conical bolts, is that right? It has been quite difficult to find some in the correct size, but I' ve finally found some. The only problem is, the wrench size is 17 instead of 19 like on the bolts for the steel rims. Could this be a serious problem or is it just a matter of looks?
What torque would you recommend for fastening the bolts?

Thanks a lot for your help

According to my belief are the same nuts used for the campagnolo rims as for the steel wheels. I have the same wheels on my HF and have the brass nut tightened to 90Nm. There is a steel insert cast in the rims.
