6e international Fulvia-Flavia Meeting X(

Over a couple of months the WOTY* strikes again! Huib, Lucas & I are allready making babysteps in the preparation of the 6th international Fulvia Flavia meeting.

Make a notation in your agenda: September 10-12!

For the 6th time we're trying to gather a bunch of Fulvia/Flavia adepts. The first 2 years, it was a one-day operation where we took a closer look at the Campine. The last 3 years we drove around in the Belgian&French Ardennes and of course the Champagne region.

This Year we would like to invade the Bourgogne. This means we would like to start on Friday September 10th around noon with a light lunch (or a Déjeuner what the french would call it) in the Ste Menehould region. After lunch will take of direction: Bourgogne. that way, the 'optional friday' is no longer possible!
Saturday will drive trough the beautifull countryside of the Bourgogne region. On Sunday we'll return back to the Ste Menehould region where we'll arrive for lunch around 1.30pm. This will make the meeting will be over around 4pm.

This makes the trip a 200miles longer than the previous years.

An extra day, makes a higher pricetag: our estimations are 350€/couple. We'll confirm the exact amount later!
(this includes: every meal from friday noon till sunday noon, 2 over nights)

Those who aren't familiar with the meeting: Ill start explaining the Asterisk*: at the end of the 3th weekend, an English lad came up to me and told me: "Bart, this was a perfect weekend for us:, this is a WOTY!" His smile was cemented on his face. Later on he explained me: Weekend Of The Year! And, Yeah, I can agree, organising this (together with Huib and Lucas) is taking lot of time, which we have none: we are restoring, driving & maintaining Lancias, but after the WOTY we all know why we did it: because it is soo much fun driving around, eating & drinking (@ the bar) with Fulvia/Flavia friends!
