I recognise the blue car being a 1200 coupe body coming from Holland. correct?

Blue car registered built 1969 so bit too late to be a 1200 coupe body. It was bought from Lancia Racing so you may have seen the car being prepared and made road worthy by Vere Lancia in Haarlem.
