Hello,
Would anyone know if I can buy some new foam for the front seats of a Flaminia GTL.

I got my local automotive trimmer to take the covers off my Flaminia Pf seats and then cut foam to size, to fit the seats. They look and feel brand new and as a bonus, no more foam "powder". It cost Aus$450.00 per seat (around 200 Euros).
Any competent trimmer could do a similar job.
