1931 Lancia Military Truck

I have recently come into possesion of a 1931 Lancia pick-up truck. My father, who was in the military, purchased this vehicle while we were stationed in Ethiopia in 1971. I would appreciate any info I could find regarding restoration of this truck. It has a wooden bed, hoops for the canvas top, and is all original. Can anyone help?
