Side window and steering wheel

Unread post by Simon »

Hi everyone
I have a bit of a funny Fulvia.
Its a '74 1.3 S2(says so on the chassis plate) but with many S3 trim parts inside and out (seat, dashboard, radiator grill etc are all S3)

I don't really like the S3 steering wheel (very plastic looking) so would like to replace it, but not with any aftermarket wheel, I want something that looks right in my Fulvia. What would you suggest? What do people think looks best in the Fulvia? Is the S2 wheel still available for a reasonable price?

Secondly the drivers side window is none original I think. It's had the top rear corner cut out to fit in the seal properly. Anybody know where I can source the drivers window (LHD car)

Many thanks
Simon

I had a early S3 that I bought from the first owner. This had plastic seats and an S2 steering wheel!

The best option for a Fulvia is, if you can manage to find one, the wheel from the 2000HF. This has the same spokes as the normal "mother of plastic" fake wood S2 wheel, but the rim is beautifully done in proper wood.

best of luck if you can find one - it is a direct replacement for the Fulvia.
