If you are referring only to Fulvia coupes there is no difference because all were called "1.3S" - i.e. they had 818303 engines. All had 31mm carburettor chokes, 9.5/1 compression and 28/66/66/28 cam timing
The only S2 1.3 Fulvias that did not have these engines were the Berlines (818302) engine (9/1 compression, 29mm chokes and 17/65/65/17 timing)

Only the series one Fulvia Coupe has different rallye 1,3 and rallye 1,3 S models, the s-model easiest recognisable from the fact that it has a separate oil-cooler next to the radiator!

Easy give away is the 1.3s has opening front 1/4 lights, on the 1.3 Rallye they are fixed
