No, it is not a Flavia engine, the basic design of the pictured engine goes back to 1946!
Who is going to try a similar set up with a blower on a Flavia? Or has it already been done somewhere?

Cast aluminium chassis, front drive, front disk brakes, four cylinder boxer, and this in 1955 - 1958!
