Quarter bumpers

Oh! fellow forum readers!

I have taken the rear bumper off the Flavia 1.8 coupe, and found the cutest tail I have ever seen - hidden behind that enormous rear bumper! I just can't resist gazing at it. What were Lancia thinking?

Has anyone done a little (ahem!) modification, involving getting some slim bumper as a donor, and making little quarter bumpers for the car?

I know most of you will think this sacriledge, but HAVE YOU SEEN THE REAR OF THAT CAR?

The front is quite beautiful too and the same treatment could be done, but it would be necessary to hide the subframe mounts somehow, and fix the front valence to the car, rather than to the bumper.
