Pure Mineral Transmission Oil

One of the long-standing problems for me has been to locate a suitable oil for the Flaminia transaxle. It is my understanding that the unit should be provided GL-1 specification oil of a non EP type. In other words, even though the differential is a hypoid type, the Flaminia (and also Aurelia) should NOT be given an oil with Extreme Pressure additives. Is this correct? If so, I have located a good source.
