Xenon headlights conversion kits

I own an Lybra SW 1.9 JTD ( 11/200), and I d' like to know if it possible to put a xenon HID kit in low
beam optic.

There is a HID Conversion Kit XENON HID MATRIX by DEVILGEAR (Euro 495,83+VAT) but I don't Know if it is appropriate for Lybra and if there are spares for the future!
