ABS Thema 8.32

Hallo Freunde

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem 8.32 diesmal komischerweise nicht mit dem Motor sondern mit dem ABS.

Wen ich bremse (langsam normal 30km/h) kurz bevor das Auto steht greift das ABS ein obwohl es nicht nötig ist.

Hat jemand dieses phänomen schon mal gehabt?

hast du das Problem auch wenn das Fahrwerk auf Sport steht? Oder ist es unabhängig von der Fahrwerksstellung?

Nein ich habe das E-Fahrwerk nicht eingebaut (Gewindefahrwerk).....

Maybe a bit late but,
I think there is a problem with the adjustment of the wheelsensor, they need to be adjusted at a gap of between 0.5 and 0.9mm from the phonic wheel.
offcourse I'm not 100% sure but what I think what happens is this:
Because the sensor is of a variable reluctance type the amplitude of the sin-wave signal is proportional to the velocity of the phonic wheel at the driveshaft.
If 1 sensor is out of adjustment (more than 0.9mm) at high velocity all sensors will generate a signal and everything will be OK thanks to the speed it's rotating. But if speed is reduced (like 5 to 10 km/h) the amplitude of that one sensor will be to low for the ECU to work with while it will receive a good signal from the other 3 sensors. The ECU will think that 3 wheels are rotating while 1 is not so the abs system thinks that 1 wheel is locked and ABS will intervene.
Have had this issue before and you can easily check it by plugging a voltmeter into the ECU-connector at the correstonding pin numbers of the wheelsensors. You will most likely see that at low rotational speeds 3 sensors will generate roughly 1.5v while 1 sensor will produce around 0.2 or something.

hallo ! wer kann mir helfen? hab seit 2 Wochen einen 8.32 1.serie! der startet wenn er warm ist fast nie, aber auch wenn er kalt ist macht er kurz einen huster aber ist fast nicht zum laufen zu bringen! zweite frage hat jemand mit abs lampe erfahrung? die leuchtet wenn ich den wagen in gang setze!vielen dank !

bei dem Problem am 8.32 kann ich Dir leider nicht helfen.
Allerdings beneide ich dich um den 8.32 erzähl doch mal ein bisschen vom Auto Farbe, Ausstattung, KM, Zustand wo hast ihn gekauft war er in den KFZ Börsen inseriert ?

Uber das ABS system, Wahrscheinlich ein fehler mit ein ABS sensor. Normalerweise gehen die nicht snell kaput aber sind die manchmahl falsch eingestellt. Das kann passieren wenn die Stoßdämpfer vorne ersetzt sind, danach muß mann eigentlich das spiel zwischen sensor und Nabe nachstellen oder controlieren.
Das einfachste ist beim fahren die Spannung von jeder sensor am steuergerat zu messen, die müssen ungefehr das gleiche Spannung geben.

Das problem mit starten, das ist manchmahl der slauch von Krafstofpumpe im Benzinetank oder der Kraftstoff accumulator. Mit das problem können naturlich verschieden ursachen sein aber das slauch geht bei jedem 8.32 kaput.
