how to reduce suspension ??

hi

i want to down some centimetres my thema.

it is very high specially in the rear suspension with the bad dynamic grip that means.

so i dont know if there are a way to reduce it manually, turning the stabilizer or i must install new shocks more shorts. in this way, which manufacturer may i install ?
