Climate air conditioned - Cant cool under 24

hi,

i just change the charge of the air conditioned and i have a problem bacause the low temp were 24º, so hot (it must be under 18º), so i can find the problem. the system seems to be ok, it havent no flights. so where can i found the problem, any suggestion?
