For sale: cylinder block S2-1600 Fulvia

This engine block for a S2-1600 Fulvia has been my spare. Never used it myself though.

Bore is still the original 82mm. There is not much hone pattern left, so could do with a rebore and oversize pistons. Alternatively the original pistons (available and in good condition) can be fitted with fresh rings after honing the bores. One bore has slight vertical scratches, the others are really fine.

Long time ago, long before my ownership, the block had sustained frost damage. This was expertly repaired, also long time ago, by welding. See pics. I don't know if it has been used after the repair. For testing purposes I cleaned the surface around the welds and dye-checked the area. No cracks found. Further, I pressure tested the block at 2 Bar and found it air tight. I did't paint it yet to allow for further inspections.
