timing belt replacement

I suspect the timing belt of my recently bought thema ie 16v 1992, with 100000 km has never been changed.
If I cant find an original, can I use the timing belt from other car (from Fiat or sim ilar)?

DON'T DO THAT! And change as quickly as you can, you won't have any
problem buying one! Only after mine has gone, i've found that this
particular engine's belt should be changed every 30.000kms!
