My dedra 1.8 ie cat 93' , when external temperature goes below 7 ° centigrades , the conditioner doesn't start compressor ,so the windows are completely tarnished,specially when it rain.
Someone know how to solve this problem?
I've just replaced electronic card but it's doesn't solve this problem.

Hi Giorgio,

When was the aircon last re -gassed, possibly it may need regassing.

If that is OK you need to start checking out fuses and relays.

Thank you very much Brian for your suggestions, i will check fuses and relays , and i will try to re gasser the system to solve this problem,also if the compressor start correctly when temperature are above 5-7°C.
and if i set automatic conditioner to "low" position , fresh air seems to be very good in few time.
I'm asking if could be a "tuning" about temperature setting,when compressor should be start, in the IAW 04U electronic module checkable by a lanciatester.....(??)
