Low breaks at the back!!!

Hello my friend,
Please kindly advice. I tried to change my brake pads and shoes today and everything seems to be working well. Handbrakes ok, front breaks ok but the brakes at the back is really weak. The result of the testing instruments were: 1) Front about 200KN, 2) Hand break about 100KN 3) back breaks about 50KN. I do not know why the back breaks are low. I have good break pads in the front and shoes at the back. I have also checked out if there is any leakage but none...what could be the problem? There is no air also in the pipes. Good bleeding has also been done. Please give me advice.
Thank you.

Ese

Hi,

I think you might find that the rear brake callipers need adjusting when fitting new pads. Did you have to screw the pistons in when fitting new pads ?

Cheers
Julian
