Temperature sensor

Hi,
I Have a Dedra 1.6.i.e equiped with ar-condicioner. When i turn it on and press the external temperature button, it shows "-29". I think that's a problem with the externel temperature sensor but i don't know where it is. Anyone knows?

temperature sensor is in side mirror (left or right)

Are you sure? I have opened both mirrors and all i could find was the mirrors and the heat resistors...is there another possible place for that sensor ?

you have to take whole left mirror from the door. sensor is in the plate which connects the mirror to the door.follow the wiring if its still hard to find.

Hi Goofy,

I have found the temperature sensor where you told me it would be. The malfunction has been repared and it's working fine. Nothing was wrong with it, but as i follow the wiring from the sensor, i found a "scart" (is this correct english?) disconnected near the fuse box...lol...
Well, it's working and THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your help
