carburator fan

my lancia is a 831ab016 motor version ,the admission ia a magnetti marelli-weber fuel injection iaw 04p in my personal opinion the injection motors dont have that rebeldy of the carburator type, can i change it,does exist a type of carburator to substitute the injection?you may think i'm crazy because everybody says that injection is better but my other delta is a 1'3 lx. with a original weber and thats a wild motor the acceleration glues your back against the seat real strong and fast answer
