How do I check the oil or replace the oil in the rear differential on my Delta HF Integrale?

I believe I'm having some problems with my turbo; when accelerating fully i.e. 2nd gear, shifting to 3rd using full throttle and full turbo boost, the turbo kind of cuts all the power. I then then have to go off the pedal and start over again...

Could it be the throttle potentiometer of something like that? This only happens when having full turbo boost...

i boght a 1.6 hf turbo dammaged to change some parts the electric sistem its burned out the version of the motor is 831ab016 how can iknow the thecnical characteristics of the motor?

can i change my delta 1.3 l.x 1991 motor for the 1.6 hf turbo
can y adapt the 1.6 complete admission to the 1.3 motor [adapt the turbo}
1'3 is ohc 1'6 is dohc
the rear suspencion whith brakes sistem its possible to adapt to the 1.3 delta
