S1 clutch disc thickness

Hi,
I have removed the gearbox from my S1 Rallye 1.3S due to an oil leak from the selector shaft bush.
I am checking all components while I have the opportunity and was wondering if anyone can tell me what the thickness of the clutch disc should be when new.
Thanks,
Albert

This is not easy to say because it depends on the supplier.
If you removed the gearbox use an new clutch disc.
Estimate of the thickness is 7,8 mm ( new )

The DT doesn't specify the thickness when new, just the minimum (replacemen)] thickness of 6.2 mm.

I wasn't contradicting you. If the replacement thickness is 6.2mm, then I'd expect the thickness when new to be around 1.5mm more. That actually confirms your measurement of 7.8mm
