Hi, im an owner of a lancia delta hf turbo (carb version), now i have a ritmo 130tc abarth engine in it, i was wondering, can i put a thema 16v engine and instead of an injection two DCOE webbers? Can i use any 2000 16v engine (fiat, lancia) and do the same thing, pleas help me because im very interested in this project of mine, thanks!

The engine mountings on an engine that has balancer shafts are different at the "pulley end" so not a straight fit. Also the front lower crossmember of the S1 Delta shell is different from the later cars (ie the integrale) so I do not think that there will be enough room for the exhaust (which is at the front of later engines).
So unless you have very good facilities available it will not be realistic. If anything you could try putting the 16 V head on the existing cylinder block but you would still have the exhaust problem. The existing transmission would not last long with the extra power so you would need to use the thema transmission and have problems lining up the drive shafts.
