Hello,

I'm looking at buying a Delta TD LX (I think LX is the designation), 1997 model, 95000 Km's. Apart from cehcking the timing belt has been changed or getting it done is there anything else I should look out for, be aware of.

Having had a Tipo Td a few years back I know the probs that can occur with the turbo (not there have ever been any, the car is about 15 years old but apart from a pump going the engine has been fine), however is there anything I can look out for on the turbo, excessive whine, rumblings ... anything.

As a 6 yr old diesel (and an Italian diesel?) I guess, it's going to be a bit smoky?????

Any idea on the value, the car lot has it at 5900€ (about £3800)?

Any help on this would be very gratefully received.
