Electric Sunroof - removal

If there's anyone out there who's removed (and replaced !) their electric sunroof and thinks they can explain it in simple terms, I'd be delighted to hear about it. I know it's not the most exciting job and it won't make the car go or feel any faster but it will allow me to fix up the headlining cloth which now hangs down onto my head. I've tried to glue it back but to do a good tidy job I'll need to take the sunroof out.

Is this sunroof from a delta or dedra ?

It's from a '91 16V body-shape Delta (8v kat engine). Maybe the Dedra has a similar mechanism for removal. If you have any hints I'd be grateful...I'm getting tired of crouching down while driving along.
