Flexible exhaust section
HF Turbo grill badge and boot badge
Lancia boot badge (the word not the logo)
Possibly Evo spoiler
Possibly rear passenger side door.

I bought my '90 HF turbo from Willsons of Rippingale, Lincs - phone number 01778 440777 - got a new Turbo badge for the side skirt and a new lancia badge from them as well.
Try GGB Lancia in London on 0181 8882354 - not sure if the 0181 has been replaced with 020... or whatever! They are cheap for bits - bought some cheap fast road pads for about £20 from them.
