Yes. And in all plants where they made them threw them out of the window at the same time. Probably used a radio controlled clock to link the time to the atomic clock in Frankfurt.

Interesting thread. I'm running Michelin 175/70 13s and find the handling quite good. Of course I've never driven a fulvia like Huib's i.e. like new and with original size tires. I'm sure the racing fulvias had bigger tires than 145 and handled just fine! The cars were so well designed that they can probably take more tire than was offered to the public. Even today cars are offered with OEM tires that are not the best, but OK for mass market. Interesting that in the 15" size tires are available (Michelin XZX) from 125 tthrough 165. Somebody probably found molds Michelin "threw away".
