16V Thema Turbo engine in a Beta

Hi Guys

Has anyone done this conversion before?

Well , I have a Beta VX which is running a Thema 16V Turbo engine and gearbox now. The project took quite some time to complete and this Beta now flies.

I had some custom engine mountings made to use the thema engine and gearbox on the beta subframe. (very similar to Ford V6 mountings)
A toyota cable shift does the gear change thing
LH side uses a std beta driveshaft and Rh a thema driveshaft
Upgraded suspension and brakes in front
Modified the sump slightly to fit the thema frame.

Wish I could do that here in the States. It's just what my coupe could use to cope with modern traffic.

The Beta engine cants back 20 degrees. I thought the Thema did not. It's astonishing it will fit. Which Beta model is this?
