Öl-Füllmenge

Hallo,

ich bin neu hier und hab sofort eine frage!
Ich hatte ein Getriebeschaden an meinem Lancia Thesis (V6 3.0 5-Gang Automatikgetriebe).
Es wurde ein Austauschgetribe eingebaut inkl. Wandler.

Jetzt bräuchte ich die Füllmengenangaben.
Kann mir da jemand helfen?

Hi,
the best way is to look for the errors with diagnostics. There are too many things that can be wrong. Old oil, bad oil level, broken radiator, broken mechatronics, broken sensor etc. Try to describe some more details. How often error shows up, when (conditions) etc. But the error you can see on the dashboard is an error from the engine control unit which was received from the gearbox control unit and it means it something worst and its not only done by changing the oil. One third of the oil still is in hydrochanger, to let it out you need the preasure in the ventilation pipe. The whole capacity is 7,25 l. Dont use dextron III specification even if some workshops say its ok. The right specification is JWS 3309, by lancia its prefered Tutela GI/V.

schonmal danke für deine Antwort.
Ich habe ein komplett neues Getriebe einbauen lasse.
Der Wandler wurde sofort mit erneuert.

Als ich jedoch meinen Thesis aus der Werkstatt abgeholt habe, hatte ich nach ca. 130 km das gleiche Problem wie vor der erneuerung des Getriebes. (kein Vortrieb)

Ich habe mich dann mit der Werkstatt von denen ich das Getriebe hatte in Verbindung gesetzt und diese haben ein Gutachten durchgeführt.
Hierbei kam heraus das die Werkstatt die das Getribe eingebaut haben, zu wenig Öl eingefüllt hatten.

Ich würde jetzt gerne wissen wieviel Öl hätte eingefüllt werden wüssen.

competally new gearbox costs at about 2600 euros because these aisin transmissios have very expensive components. thats why its usually changed only the broken parts. im sure because i had to solve this problem a fee months ago, but ok, lets consider your transmission is ok. you can find a green plastic stick at the front top. disassamble the air intake box and you could see it. theres a small screw you must turn a bit. its for the green stick not to move. when you take out the stick, there you could see two marks, one for cold and the higher one for hot oil. the oil must be at the marks but theres one more important thing. you must put the air intake box back and start the engine. without the box the engine will not know the air amount coming in and will stop running. so its better to get to the stick from the button of the car, because theres not enough space. when the engine is off the oil level is too high and it seems theres more than it should be but thats not true, you must start the engine and the oil level will get lower and thats the correct level. as ive mentioned 7,25 l. sry it took a bit longer but im writing on my mobile phone.
