Torsionrod for Kappa

Hello Lancia friends

My old Kappa serious need a new torsionrod - or just the two joins mounted to the wishbone - see link: Torsionrod item no. 1

Do anyone know if it´s possible just changing the to joins (mounted in the end of the trosionrod) and if so where can I buy this joins?

I can buy the complete rod here in denmark - but Fiat will charge me 400 euro! ( i can buy a old kappa for that amount in germany )

Is there anyone who has experience with rebuilding the torsion rod with parts from fiat Dukato?

I would like to replace the ball led to a solid rod from a Dukato - I attach a picture
