Hi, just wondering if anyone had a diagram of the internals of a series 1 18mm brake master (Zagato 1.3s).
Just need to confirm that the one I rebuilt has the seals in the right order. I obtained a spare master and found one seal the other way around?
I've attached a diagram I drew of how I think it should be. Would appreciate any assistance.
Thanks

Re: Fulvia Zagato Brake Master cylinder diagram
Your drawing is correct.
The rear seal on the 2nd plunger counting from the pedal is reversed as it receives pressure from the chamber between the two plungers.

Re: Fulvia Zagato Brake Master cylinder diagram
Thanks very much.
I'm having issues bleeding the system. I've bench bled the cylinder, bled the front circuit o.k. but can't seem to get enough pressure through the rear circuit. I have fluid flowing fine through the lines and calipers manually with a home made pressure pump(had to replace a line).
Thanks

Re: Fulvia Zagato Brake Master cylinder diagram
Any chance the rear brake compensator on the rear axle is interfering?

Tim,
haven't actually checked but I don't think the series 1 brakes have a compensator on a Zagato 1.3s?
Cheers
