Could you say where the water comes from in a sealed piston where the whole system was flushed through many times after with silicone so no mixing etc? I was quite surprised. It cannot come past the seals?? Normal brake fluid is hydroscopic and absorbs water which transfers across the system, but not silicone.

Air (water) comes into the system through the hole in the cap of the container. It must because the level drops when the pads wear,

I agree with Andreas that it is not a good idea to use silicone fluid on a Fulvia. It is perfectly possible to make hydraulic fluid which is not hygroscopic. Brake fluid is made hygroscopic on purpose to absorb water. If not waterdroplets will form which cause corrosion and can freeze in winter.
