Nice wheels!
Last year I scored a set of 4 brandnew/NOS Ruspa wheels 14". Originally, they're black with polished alloy lining.

But: original it is 130x4 for the Fulvia nut-holes...4x98 is used on Fiats-Alfas and later Lancias.....

were would you find this info of what this wheels 13" fit. any idea.?

You're looking for a sort of list for cars & nut-hole distances: I don't think it exists.
It's a sort of try and error: VW beetle (the old one) has also 4x130 but the center is different...
