Sport restoration

Unread post by Tim Heath »

Can anyone quickly go and measure their (unmolested) series 2 fulvia sport (Zagato) to tell me the distance from the centre of the swage line along the middle of the door to the bottom of the door both front and back and for each door.

I urgently need this information to correct a door skin problem on my sport.

Many thanks

swage line isn't a term I've heard before; which doesn't mean it isn't clear english. It just isn't clear english to me but will be once it enters my cognizant vocabulary. =K ?

Thanks to all who have replied on the various fora. Problem now resolved. It would appear all zagato doors are all different but with some vague similarity - measurement of mine are within tollerances of other door measurements submitted by others. Sorted the swage line (its the crease down the body fore to aft) by ensuring chassis is aligigned.
