Anyone know what car Zagato borrowed the head light from for the series 2 Fulvia Sport????

I recently aquired a set of bi-iode(2 h1 bulbs) headlights for my s1 zagato.

There are several different types of headlights used one the series 2. Most easily noticeable from the fact that one type the glass is more or less concave while on the other it is convex. Several have been offered on Ebay lately.

I have heard Renault 16 as well. They are at least the same as one type used on the Matra 530 (although i doubt such will be easy to find) save for a different type of plugs at the back.

The Cibie bi-iode lamps were still available from the vendor I bought them.(4 pcs.)

Early S1 Zagato's had Carello lamps, very hard to find nowadays. After R16 lamps which are convex. S2 somewhere went on to concave units, probably R12? Matra 530 lamps are "kangaroo" type and were never fitted to Zagato's though I know of one S2 Zagato that has them, so mounting is physically possible.

I did get your email thanks and got a reply but they are definately continental with a yellow mask so I did not think they would be suitable. If poss could you email me some photos of the ones you bought??

Mine don''t have the yellow(French) mask, but I hope they are continental, for the right right side of the road.
