paint colours again
Re: paint colours again
Hi Iain,
It's a little hard to tell how accurate the photo is, but there are only two possibilities--verde dublino or verde cascine. The hue appear right for verde cascine, but my verde cascine swatch is a bit darker than it appears in the photo. If it is verde cascine, the Glasurit code is LAN 233.

Re: paint colours again
as U have seen, the car is registered with Berlin plates & is for sales somewhere in Germany..
Why don't you post an inquiry on -viva-lancia forum in deutsch- ; maybe someone in Germany knows this car. Or ask for details via flickr.com ? The comments certainly are international !
I've never seen this particular green on a Fiat in Euro or USA (at least not in the 60's / 70's).
Other greens that are "somewhat close" - yes, but not this really bright olivey olive-green.
The olive greens I remember on Fiats would look better in a military vehicle.
Looks great ! signed: Fulvia a.i.

Re: paint colours again
shirelack howlmz is reporting: this Lancia is parked in the meilenwerk building in Berlin. http://www.meilenwerk.de/meilenwerk_berlin_fakten.htm
I checked: http://www.flickr.com/photos/edsel/sets ... 394540590/
and see a Saab that seems to be the same green; 4th row down, 2d from left.

Re: paint colours again
thanks ive found and contacted meilenwerke museum hope they will tell me colour
ive been advised that i should not go for a complete colour change and that a green would be best on my green - i was reluctant but i really like that photo

Re: paint colours again FOUND IT
Hi iainfraser
Have you painted the car, and if so, are you satisfied with the result?
I have seen the "Berlin Fulvia" in December.
Best
Henrik
