cylinder head
cylinder head
hello, my name is sylvain, I live in Marseille, France, I ride in fulvia since 1980, I ride now with a 1.3 1serie fulvia coupé of 1967, I am preparing another engine, to increase compression, can i skim the cylinder head to get up 10.5 compression, or change the pistons?
Re: cylinder head
Hi Sylvain,
you can find special piston for that under
http://www.pistonispeciali.it/
With mechn. work at the head it difficult to reach 10.5 compression, maybe not possible.
Depent also on the head. There are different headvolumes/cylinder. If i remember well with
818.140 you will have standard volume ~ 24 cm³ . With 818.302 you will have ~ 28 cm³
regards
Andreas
