one needs to win a big-lottery before they start a project like this.
In German ebay there is another 15 year "sitter", an S1, also in need of rust - restoration.... but no 1 seems to be willing to bid much for it !

I'm not sure about that?! I think the cost for restoring a Fulvia is for 80% the same, no mather which type it is. The only thing that makes a diffirence is the engine (if it is a 1.6 or special HF engine) or when you're in need of some Z-specific bodyparts.
Soo, why restoring a series3 if you could buy a fanalone for 9K and restoring that one. At the end of the ride the fana is 5 times more worth than a series3 according to the for sale adds (and yes I know, there is a diffirence between the wanted amount and the amount you got for it)
And I know we all restore a car because we can't afford a restored one, and of course because it's a part of the hobby we all share. Soo paying an extra 9K for a bucket of rust is even harder to tell your wife than the formation of a Belgian government.
And if we all had money to burn, we were organising the 4th Miura-meeting!

de aut was niet compleet in alle dettails ,veder de carrosserie was heert slecht aan to ! groote gaten overaal , in mijn opinie de body was om wegte goien.

Heb jij de auto daadwerkelijk gezien? Ik heb alleen 2 foto's gezien en daarop leek deze alle voor mij kenbare specifieke items te hebben (op embleem in grille na) wat werd bevestigd door een Zwitserse kennis die me de opbrengst liet weten en de auto is gaan bekijken.

de auto heeft en goede friend van mij gezien die ook en fanalone heeftin swizzerland, als hij de auto niet gecocht heeft betekent dat de carroserie heer slecht aan toe is , vant hij is selfls carroserie en meccanic monteur , en heeft selfs meerdere auto gedaan .
