Where could one get some decent mudflaps for a Fulvia?

Nice ones!

Would S1 cars need different mudflaps to S2/3?

I cannot advise where to get the mudflaps, but I would say that since the rear of the bodies of S1s and S2s is identical there is no need to specify a different mudflap. The only factor that might affect the decision is the ride height.

You could probably make your own with some suitable flexible material - see a plastics supplier. You could even tie them up with the little cables as the works cars used to have.
