Koni shocks

I have just purchased a nice new set of Koni shocks for the Fulvia rebuild. As these need to be adjusted prior to fitting, can anybody using these recommend the optimum settings for use on a S2 Fulvia coupe. The car will be driven enthuastically as a fast road with the odd long distance run.

If these are Koni "Classics" then they should not be adjusted; I understand that the adjustment is intended to accomodate wear.

The yellow-finished Koni "Sports" are intended to be adjusted.

If you do want to adjust them anyway, I suggest about +1/3 at the front and as supplied at the back
