Fulvia 1.6 HF carb & ignition

Hello,

I recently got my 1.g HF engine back from tuning.

It was fitted to my car and I had my first drive today - and that was not as I had hoped:

The engine does not rev / pull as it should (it feels like the car is attached to a rubber band)

The engine does not rev easily above 4500 and below 4000 there is really not much power at all. Seems liek the cars are not set up right and / or the ignition is wongly set?!

Looking at the fuel pipes I saw air bubbles.

Would be great of you had any ideas on what to do?
