Brake Master-cylinder wanted.

I am about to buy a nice Milleotto from Sweden, but there is a problem withh thr brakes: the master-cylinder gradually looses pressure. As the former owner already has overhauled the cylinder, it seems like there is a need for a new one. I therefore wonder wether someone out there has got a new one in stock, or one that is overhuled and tested?
