What kind of oil do you use in your Flavias ?

modern oil is just fine lancias were built to tighter tolerances than other cars in the 60s just don't go for anything very thin in the early 70s I think lancia specified 10w40 this as thin as I would go I once (many years ago) tried a synthetic that was 5w50 and it didn't like it at all

I have my Flavia Coupe (injection) now for 5 years and I run it on classic 20W50 (penrite,Duckhams, castrol) and that goes fine.
The engine is still the oiginal one and has run 215,000 km
