Elektrik Problems Flavia 2000 Coupe

Hello
I have some Problems with the Elektrik of my Car.
Sometimes, when i have Lights, Heater and Wipes in use, the 2. Fuse from the left side ( 25 Amp ) start to get hot an fall out of the Fusebox.
Does anybody have same the same Problem or know what to to ?

Looks like in the past, someone messed up the wiring of your car
As far as I can see from the wiring diagram (820.230 Coupe), the second fuse from one end of the box (can't see whether that will be left or right in real life) protects the wipers, heater fan and screen washer pump
The lights however have separate fuses for left and right and they sit as nr 3 and 4 from the other side of the box.

Thus I expect that someone has put either the lights or the wiper and fan on the wrong fuse, which also explains the high value, 15 Amps should be sufficient

Best way to check is the following
Current for the lights goes directly from the lightswitch (grey wire) to a white connector, to a relais and then to the fusebox 3rd and 4d fuse, the grey wire splits at the fuse box
From the 3rd fuse goes a grey wire to the right hand side lamp, underway it passes another junction box
From the 4th fuse there goes a grey/black wire to the left hand side lamp
(these are the low beams, high beams are on other fuses)

The power for the wipers etc comes from the ignitionlock
As far as I can see a black wire, that goes via a junction block to the 2nd fuse from the other side and after the fuse splits in 3 yellow wires, going to Wipers, heater fan and screenwasher
Note that for all 3 motors (wiper, fan, pump) there is a wire back to the relevant switch
So current goes from ignition lock through fuse, through motor, through switch to mass

Bert,
I also think that someone has put too much Parts in a wrong way ( more than Heater and Wiper ) on the second Fuse, because I have no Ignition with a Key-Starter on the Car, only a Knob for the Starter. Maybe the best Idea is to seperate the Lines of Wiper and Heater an put extra Fuse between it?

Now Iám nearly sure that everthing is ok.
I found out, that the fuses have no strong Kontakt between the Pins of the Fusebox.
I reduce the Space between a little and take better Fuses of Keramik ( the old ones are Plastik ) an everything seems to be perfekt.
