Aprilia limo??

We have come across an Aprilia which is supposedly a one off limo built for the 1948 Turin Motor Show. it is a Pininfarina body and looks much like the Bilux except it has functioning wind wings.

Does anyone know anything about this? Where to get info? I have a serial number. Is there an Aprilia register?

Is this the car that was advertised in Germany some months ago, it was also offered on Ebay.de then but did not sell, pictures were quite blurred but the car was claimed to be a one-off Berlina modell and in rather decrepit condition as far as i could make out.
